Connecting to the Spirit Realm

I believe the spirit world is all around us, not off somewhere beyond our reach. We occupy the same space, just at different energetic frequencies. The spirits are available to all of us, and it is only a matter of learning how to contact them and trust the information you are receiving. The messages in my book were received this way. I started very simply by asking spirit for information. I did this by meditating with a crystal on my forehead. Next, I started to sit in nature and asked a tree, a bird, or a plant if they had something to share. When I created a sacred circle, the messages from Spiritual Beings began to flow. This is how I did it, and you can too.

Find a comfortable spot where you will not be disturbed. I prefer out in nature, but since Spirit is all around us, it can be done anywhere. I find the messages flow through automatic writing. Which is just sitting with pen and paper prepared to write whatever comes through. The messages to me have a dream quality, and I find they are easily forgotten. I would also note here that messages from Spiritual Beings always have a positive quality to them. Even if the message contains a warning, it is never scary.

Easy Steps to Spiritual Connection

  1. Create a sacred circle by calling in the four elements: “Guardians of the East and air, I bid you hail and welcome. Guardians of the South and fire, I bid you hail and welcome. Guardians of the West and water, I bid you hail and welcome. Guardians of the North and earth, I bid you hail and welcome. Mother Earth below and Father Sky above, I bid you hail and welcome.”

  2. Now I ask that I be cleansed and cleared of all low-vibration energies and all emotional, physical, and spiritual toxins. I release them to Mother Earth to be transmuted into love. I ask that I be refilled with love, light, peace, joy, happiness, and harmony. Make me a clear channel to receive Divine messages.

  3. Next, sit with paper and pen and ask if anyone from the Spirit Realm has a message at this time. Don’t try to force it, just let the words flow through your pen and onto the paper. It is okay if you don’t know who the message is coming from at this time. You can always ask when the message is complete. The more you practice receiving messages this way, the easier the messages will flow.

  4. Thank the messenger for showing up for you and sharing their message with you.

  5. When you feel complete, it is time to close your sacred circle. “Guardians of the East and air, I bid you thank you and farewell. Guardians of the South and fire, I bid you thank you and farewell. Guardians of the West and water, I bid you thank you and farewell. Guardians of the North and earth, I bid you thank you and farewell. Mother Earth below and Father Sky above, I bid you thank you and farewell.”
